Is there a datasheet for the Raspberry PI 3? I could not find details on all the interfaces supported on the board, especially the LAN port. Is it a 100Mbps or 1GBe port?

The Ethernet port is 100Mb/s and is shared with the USB 2.0 ports on the single USB 2.0 port on the SoC. You may want to research the LAN9514 chip.
