Raspberry Pi 3 Model B + 2.8'' Resistive TFT Screen + DS3231 RTC Module

Does anyone know where can put my RTC module on my Rpi if the pin 1-26 are already occupied by PITFT screen? can i use the remaining pins? how?

Not possible. The I²C interface on pin#3 & pin#5 has two resistors to make it 5V tolerant.

I use a proto board, https://www.adafruit.com/product/2310 with a stacking header, https://www.adafruit.com/product/1979 Then mount my DS3231 breakout board to the proto board and wire it up with jumper wire. The proto board is attached to my Pi, then my hat goes on top of that.
