I have given a friend access to my Raspberry Pi's on VNC. He is using a W10 PC to access them, he has created his own VNC account and my computers are visible on his screen.
However, he is unable to log onto them, because it is not clear to us which password he should use. I have 5 Pi's in my team but I have one Pi that it would be ideal for him to access, so I gave him the username and my Password for that particular Pi. This does not work.
Could someone please advise how he gets access to the Pi,

Incidentally, has anyone successfully added someone else to their VNC account?
It states on the VNC website:
To successfully connect, each VNC Viewer user will still need to know the 'remote access credentials' for each computer.
What are 'remote access credentials', I assumed it meant the password, I had previously allocated to the Pi my friend needed to access.

Remote Access Credentials is usually something you configure in the VNC server. Its not really linked to any user account.
