In the same place as it was when this question was answered 11 months ago...
The last version of Raspbian that was based on the Jessie release was in July 2017, so you will probably want the version to be found here:

Edit: ... and just in case you need to know - the first/earliest version of Raspbian to be based on Jessie was in September 2015 and is archived here: http://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspbi ... 015-09-28/. There were about 15 intervening releases of Raspbian Jessie.

Do you have a specific reason for using an old version? If not, I would heartily recommend using the latest Raspbian - it has a lot of bug fixes in it.
