Tumbleweed non-upstream?
There are two versions of Tumbleweed for RaspberryPi: regular and non-upstream. Could someone please explain the difference?

What I managed to find out by asking in places, the "non-upstream" version contains additional contributions specific to openSUSE. The only concrete example is support for hardware video decoding, which was added by openSUSE and is not available in standard Raspberry Pi kernel.
