No Wifi/No BT

Have the Pi3 for a while now and worked fine.

Suddenly the Wifi and BT stopped working and displaying
"No Bluetooth adapter found"
"No wireless interfaces found"

Have tried different solutions found on the forum but no results.
Is there a way to fix this?

Have you disabled WiFi/BT via overlays?

No I haven't - but to be honest I don't know what this is - my knowledge is very limited when it comes to Raspberry Pi, but I can learn things fast.

Is it possible to run me through this or point me to a link with instructions for this?
