With a new release today (for windows) of NPVR, its XBMC Addon works on Raspberry. In UK all Freeview Channels work apart from the BBC HD Channels which struggle. (ITV HD and Channel 4 HD work.)

This compiles a number of Live TV addons, some of which did not complete properly, but the NPVR one is fine. I do not have the knowledge to work out what went wrong with the others.
Not tried yet with Raspbmc
