62 celcius (heavy load?), meh aluminum case from china still beat this thing, depends what you use between components and case passive cooling, you get lower than 50 celcius easily (extreme load)

1mm Arctic Cooling thermal pads do work (you need use 1mm, because there is gap between components and case passive cooling heatsinks), also before you add thermal pads, use fine or extra fine sandpaper to clean top of the passive cooling heatsink surfaces (that paint like may affect your temperatures)

Another crazy idea from china. I don't even understand who want create a small amount of noise, with higher temperatures and total cost including around 8 dollars double fans + plastic case around 2-3 dollars vs totally silent, 40-50 celcius even on max usage, fanless aluminum case for around 10 dollars.

Aluminum case (BIQU, generic) has very good reviews on Amazon with some good tips:
