Pocketmine & MCPE

Tue Jul 18, 2017 10:58 pm

So I've been trying to build a personal MC server for my kids over the last two days and regardless of which tutorial I follow I keep hitting a brick wall. So far I've tried Spigot, Craftbukkit and am now finally on Genisys. With the first two I was unable to see an available LAN game within MCPE but with Genisys, I actually see it pop up. If I try to join the world the server log just states that the login timed out. After doing some research on that I found out that the version of Pocketmine-MP I was running didn't support Minecraft PE v1.1.3

So my questions are, what build of Jenkins PMMP is capable of supporting that version of MCPE? I've tried build 267 but gives me the same login timeout error, and all three versions that I've tried that are newer than that state that I have to run a 64 bit OS.

I installed Pocketmine following this guide;
https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/view ... pocketmine#

I've tried Jenkins PMMP build 267, 275, 287 and the latest and greatest. Starting at build 275+ the server states that it won't run due to not being on a 64 bit system.

If I have to re-install a new OS I'm fine with that. If you guys need to see any log files let me know and I'll get them uploaded. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I appreciate any help provided. Thanks

Tony

To use pocketmine you will need to have a 64bit os. Opensuse has a 60 day trial for the Raspberry Pi 3 however there is a better option: pi64. Also craftbukkit and spigot are for the Java versions of Minecraft only.
