Are raspbian stretch repos safe now?

Sun Jul 16, 2017 12:46 pm

The reason I mention the word safe is because when I upgraded the repos to stretch in the past, I would have tons and tons of gui errors, or simply it wouldn't let me log in etc.

Are the stretch repos stable to upgrade into now since Debian stretch has been fully released a month ago.

AFAIAA the base Raspbian Stretch is AOK, it is the Raspberry Pi Desktop which has not been fully tested ;)
Rather than negativity think outside the box !
RPi 4B 4GB (SSD Boot)..
Asus ChromeBox 3 Celeron is my other computer...
