Password

Thu Sep 27, 2012 4:01 pm

OK - just got my Pi - all connected up, great, boots up fine into Wheezy. Enter Pi for username and press enter to get to password - then nothing. The password field is not accepting ANY characters. Reboot loads of times. Left it to think about what it's done but still nothing is accepted into the password field. So what to do??

Bit stuck here, any ideas would be appreciated.....

When entering a password on *nix characters are not echoed so there'll be nothing to see.

Enter your password and then press the enter/return key. You should then be logged in.
