TFT Touch Screen for Raspberry Pi

I want to set up a RPi3 or RPi0 I have with a touch screen. I have these options:

1. Adafruit 1.8" TFT shield 128x160 but it has a microSD slot and a joystick which is kinda like a mouse.

2. Sainsmart TFT/SD Shield 3.2" Touch (TFT_320QVT) and I have a shield for both the Arduino UNO and MEGA.

Im guessing the 1.8 would be so small it would be uncomfortable. But the 3.2 should work, right? Do any of you know of any tutorials interfacing these two?

Maybe 3.5"?

Yeah im not so much interested in the size difference but in the wiring of the screen (not made specifically for the rpi) to the rpi. I just found this for example:

Could I just connect the corresponding pins on the rpi to the respective pins on the touch screen? By using the manufacturer reference like here:

This is what I have so far, but Im missing the key 1,2 and 3 pins on the 3.2tft:
