Today I received the Raspberry.
In the box was the raspberry in a anti static bag. This was not sealed. Is that normal?

Yes. That's normal.

I've had pi 2's from both RS and element14 both arrive in box in un sealed antistatic bags.
Just got a Pi 3 from element14 that was in its box but this time internal packaging a thick paper or thin card pouch just held closed with a wire type clip.
So yes not being in a sealed bag is normal, it may not even be an antistatic bag now.
