DIY PSU question

hi, guys i made my one PSU using 7805 Volt convert
my question is i can change the 7805 for one 78S05 for more AMP ?

As far as I know, the 78S05 is just a more butch version of the same thing.
They are both temperature-limited, so getting either to give anything like their full output requires a heatsink, size depending on the headroom you've given it.

So, yes you can, and I would recommend you do so.

But even better would be to go for a switch-mode regulator, which is oudles more efficient, and won't need such a big heatsink.
