problem after install

I used a 8gb micro sd card, installed fine, but thats where i kind of messed up. i looked at the sd card and saw it was like 62mb so i tried to format it and it still says that. (windows 10 btw) so i find out later there is a partiton aparently that windows cannot read. but i formatted the boot partition. how do i get the rest of my space back so i can try again?

I would download sd formatter ( a small windows program to format the sd card).. when you use it click options, and check the box for format size adjustment, and reformat the card after that.. then reinstall your OS back onto the card, and try it..

if your downloading and using noobs to install your os.. the partition will automatically resize when you reboot it..
