RPI tethered and tethering

Hey, I am doing a project, more like playing with PIs, and one of goals is to tether RPI by android phone, and use second RPI connected only to first RPI, to acces internet, but using only bluetooth. So another PAN between RPI1 and RPI2

I am already connected to phone with first RPI via bp-net. I wonder if it can be even done, since i found only guides where RPI is either tethering or tethered but not both at same time, even thou these guides are quite old and not accurate.

Any help appreciated.

I don't have any specific knowledge of this. I would think it would not be possible without using two Bluetooth adapters on the 'bridge' Pi.
