Rainbow screen for 8 secs, and then boots, ARCH

Hello forum.

I am completly new both to arch, and to the raspberry pi.
I have made an SD with ARCH linux, and i have the followoing problem:

When i turn on the Pi, it displays the rainbow screen, for about 8 - 10 seconds, and then starts to boot the kernel.
the boot is always completed just fine....

Any ideas why this must be happening?
I have not configured any config.txt file or something like that...

any advice will be apriciated!

Why is that a problem? Do you need the boot to be quicker, or do you have some other objection to the rainbow splash screen?
