Backup & restore emmc with Win32DiskImager?

After I mount the emmc as a partition in windows, I use Win32DiskImager to create a disk image.

What I found is that the system get less stable, and often would get kernel panic error after restore the backuped image vise versa. I think the file block are not identical as before for some reason.

What or how could I backup and restore the cm emmc properly & conveniently?

I had a problem with coping images with Win32DiskImager because of cheap USB cables, used a better one and it was all good.

I thought about it...and I tried multiple time.
The system is error free when i reflash the emmc with the official raspbian lite image...
Just for some reason, restored backup image ain't working well...
I wonder if the emmc disk block would alter on every other mount....
