pairing raspberry pi3 and ibeacon ble modul

hi folks
Right now we are giving effort to open our office s door smartly:) To do this I got raspberry pi3 and ibeacon ble module.The workers will carry ibeacon ble module and when they approach to raspberry pi 3 in 2 meters the raspberry will detect the ibeacon ble module and if the ibeacon module has permission to get in raspberrry willl send command to open door..So at first ı have to scan and pair my raspberry pi3 with ibeacon ble module.Any suggestion for that?

You can scan for BLE devices with 'hcitool lescan'. Typically, BLE devices are not paired.

thanks for your interest actually ı couldnt explain clearly all ı want is to scan the ibeacon ble devices around and to make my raspberry pi identify these ibeacons.
