keyboard layout does not change

Keyboard Layout

when I try to change my keyboard layout
from menu>>preference>>mouse and keyboard setting
it is change, but after reboot or restart it is become default setting
my os
Raspbian 8 (jessie)

I suggest that you replace SD card, it is not unusual for SD cards to go into a read-only state when faulty. The symptoms are that the card accept writes but after power off this information has disappeared. What you could do is to create a file with some text in the home directory and see if this exists after reboot.

When you change the keyboard you make a change in the configuration stored on the SD card. If this change disappears after a reboot then it may well be possible that the card is faulty and your configuration change was not written permanently to the card.
