Raspbian with bluetooth installed

It it possible to have an image with bluetooth preinstalled? This would be awsome since I only have wireless keyboard and mouse. Alternatively ssh pre activated so that I can ssh in and install bluetooth.

All the main distributions come with ssh access enabled.

Sorry, this was a stupid question. I realised it's already installed. Keyboard and mouse working fine
