iBeacon transmitter

Does anyone know how to setup Windows IoT on Raspberry Pi 3 as an iBeacon transmitter? I've seen that it has been done with the Raspberry Pi 2, so hardware doesn't seem to be a problem, just no clue if/how on Windows IoT.
