Getting 433Mhz Receiver and temperature sensor to work!

Fri Jan 13, 2017 11:45 pm

Hi,

I've decided to try and get domoticz to monitor the temperature in my house. I've started by buying the standard 433Mhz 4 pin receiver and a humidity/temperature sensor (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ambient-Weathe ... B00506Q0KI)

I followed the instructions on https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7156, to wire up the receiver to the GPIO pins. Installed 433Utils and wiringPi. However, when I sudo ./RFSniffer I do not get the Pi to pick up any of the signals from the temperature sensor. Tried reinstalling the software and double checking the hardwired connections.

Any other avenues I should pursue?

Thanks!
