Dear Community,
A few months back, I was able to get a small Pico Projector from the local electronics store that uses NTSC to communicate. It works great with game systems, DVD players, and most notably the Raspberry Pi. I would like to use this projector with other systems, so I looked up ways to convert HDMI to NTSC. There is a small converter (about the size of the pi) for $5-$15 (depending on source), but its reliability is rather abysmal. There are more expensive options ($40-$80), but those are almost always larger, and I would prefer to spend less money.
So, I have 2 queries:
1. Does anyone have recommendations on HDMI to NTSC converters? (primarily for use with other microcomputers that lack a composite port)
2. Is there any software that I can use to connect my Laptop's headphone jack and use that as an NTSC source? (I already have the required cables for use with the Pi)
