Raspberry Pi not booting correctly

Mon Dec 26, 2016 11:32 pm

When I boot my Raspberry Pi 3 with NOOBS installed on an SanDisk Ultra 32 GB SD, the screen shows colorful lines. When I mean colorful lines, I don't mean the rainbow screen, I mean literally lines in green, red and other colors. These lines are vertical lines that take up the whole screen. The Raspberry Pi has been in this state for at least 30 mins. I just bought a new SD card and don't know what to do!

P.S.: I use the 7 " touchscreen + case for Raspberry Pi.

Pull the green any yellow wires off, you only need the power and gnd wires on a B+, A+, 2B, 3B with the official screen.
