I'm currently trying to turn on/off my HDMI screen through C# app on Windows 10 IoT and my Raspi2 or 3.
TLDR :
I'm not able to develop the raspberry pi HDMI driver for windows 10 IoT. Microsoft tells me to ask Raspberry Pi Team to develop its own driver. Raspberry Pi Team can't help.
I just want to turn on/off my HDMI screen and don't have the skills to develop my own driver.
Is there a solution about that without using an additional electronic part between screen and raspberry ? Does anyone know how it can be done or does anyone know how to develop this driver ?
I'm stuck in a loop between Microsoft and Raspberry
I've sent 2 questions about this.
One on MSDN forums (the thread is here : https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forum ... WindowsIoT)
One to Raspberry team directly.
Here is the answer :
Hope someone would find the answer :/Thank you for your interest in Raspberry Pi.
Unfortunately, we can only offer limited support and we would recommend that you go on our forum and post your question there as it is more likely that someone else may have already encountered this challenge. (http://www.raspberrypi.org/phpBB3/
It works fine with Raspbian. It is not up to us to integrate our code into Windows 10.
Thanks
