Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen Display

Is there anyone whom owns the Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen Display having trouble with the new Raspbian Pixel version?
I wrote a PHP webpage that runs on my Raspberry Pi 3 and at the moment, I run this in Kweb Minimal Kiosk Browser and have tried Chrome on the Pi and get the same result. My problem is that when I leave the PHP page open and walk away from it, after 3 minutes(per set in the kbd config file), the screen comes back on (backlight), but after like 20 minutes or so have passed, the screens backlight does not come back on however the touch functions still occur. This is odd behavior and just wanted to know if anyone owning one of these devices is having the same issue with the most up to date version of Raspbian:?:
