Piface 2 relay board -- suggestion

Hi to all.

I need to trigger 12V DC electro door lock.

1.) Would this be possible to make with piface
2.) If not, what would be best substitution ?.

I have sainsmart 2 relay board ( 12V omron relays ) but for some unknown reason i can not trigger it.
As power supply for this module am using standard 12V DC adapter...

You need to contact a company that makes and sells the PiFace board. It's not put out by the RPF/RPT.

Sorry...I haven't used either board. My projects are mostly software rather than hardware.
