need help finding a screen

Tue Nov 22, 2016 2:05 am

im looking for a 6 ish inch screen. it can be a little bigger or smaller. touch screen isnt important but dont mind if it has it. but i cant seem to find a screen for the raspberry pi 3 that connects to the DSI and runs off of 5v. there is the 7 inch one made just for the raspberry pi but thats too big for my project. any help would be appreciated. i have found some screens that could work but they connect using the HDMI and if its possible to stay away from that as id like to leave it open.

There is only the 7in from RPi Foundation atm that can use DSI interface. No other screen - regardless of size - can be used with DSI as we speak.
Either use HDMI or DPI (on GPIO) because there is no other option!

THERE IS NO OTHER WORKING DSI SCREEN AVAILABLE.

No matter how many times you ask.

You could try the Adafruit Kippah, but it will use up all of the GPIO's (so no SPI/I2C/GPIO left for other uses)
