Can't get MPEG2 licence and contact Shop...

I have ordered and paid the MPEG2 licence. But i didn't get it.

I have received two mails. In summary:

Your Raspberry Pi Store Order Confirmation (#XXXX)
Thanks for Your Order
Immediate download after completion of payment.
Your Order Contains...
MPEG-2 license key (Download Files)

Your Raspberry Pi Store Order Has Been Updated (#XXXX)
An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed.
The status of order #XXXX is now Completed
Your Order Contains the Following Downloadable Items...

The two mails contains a link in this scheme:

But if i use it, i get a page with this:

Something Went Wrong...

You have requested an invalid product download. Please try again.

I have contact store@raspberrypi.org but get no response.
Also boring: On the shop webpage https://www.raspberrypi.com/ is no contact informations!

I got those two when I placed the order. A couple of days later I received an additional email with my keys in it.

Hm. In this case, the Mail text should be updated and clarify this.

I managed to get the download link. It was just a standard PDF file telling me that the keys would follow and how to use them when they did. In fact the email containing the keys also told me how to use them, so the PDF file was redundant.
