btw, in puppy's forum there user@step had same issue, but you just ignore page-9 #8 .

i am surprised that 8.1.2 has fixed it for you, don't know what I did to fix it!

Someone else reported in the Puppy Forum, 8192cu not working with Quirky 8.1.1.

I own a wifi dongle with 8192cu chip, I will check it out.
