No reaction on touching the screen

Today i installed my new touchscreen. I formated a 16 Gb microSD card and copied NOOBS 2.0 to it.
I started up the RPi and the screen was comming on with displaying the NOOBS v 2.0 screen and the
suggestion to install Raspian. The was also a mouse-pointer displayed on the screen.
Hower on trying to move the mouse-pointer with my finger nothing happend, also tapping on the menues does
not give anay reaction, seems that the screen freeses.
Any suggestions how to solve this problem.

Problem solved, i attached a wireless mouse and now i could open te menus and install the raspian software.
After installing the raspian software, the screen was responsing on touching it.
Now i have to connect a extern keyboard to install a keyboard program on the RPi.
