Kuman 3.5" LCD Touch Screen Can't install!

I purchased the Kuman 3.5" LED touch screen and I can't get it to work period. I have been sending emails to the seller on Amazon and I keep getting unclear instructions. Does anyone know how to install this screen?

Here are my stats:

Mac OS X El Capitan.
I format the SD card using SDFormatter and check the only option given.
I unmount the SD card.
I then go to restore the file and choose the image from my desktop. (image version 160527)
I click restore and it immediately get an error and it fails to burn the image to the SD card.

I verify the .img image that was given to me from Kuman and it can not be verified because it has no checksum.
Any idea?
