CEC for Emerson TV "fun-link"

I have an Emerson LCD tv and I'm trying to figure out the CEC controls so I can use my remote to control the Pi.

I have made sure to enable all the settings I want both on the tv and Pi. The TV sees the Pi, the Pi sees the TV. The Pi can turn on/off the TV on boot and shutdown but none of the directional or menu commands get passed to the PI from the tv.

Any suggestions?

I would love this option the pi recognizes it but I cant get it to switch channels I have connected other remotes as well as the factory remote.? What am I missing?...

I have the exact same issue as op using a 32" Emerson. It would be nice if someone knew a fix to get the remote to actually work instead of just the auto on/off.

I have this same issue, power and source controls work fine, no direction or enter controls pass through.

I think it only works on some TV’s, my LG 55” is not on this list, but it works…it’s just one number off. Here the list (http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=CEC) ...also if your TV not supported you can buy this adapter (http://www.pulse-eight.com/store/produc ... apter.aspx). Hope this help.

I have emailed emerson to see if they plan on including a more complete CEC support in their future firmware updates for their TV's. I will let you know if I hear back from them.

im new to raspberry pi.im using model B+with OpenELEC 5.0 i have the same problem.when i start the pi it says pules8 is uptodate some thing like that and also it says cec connected:tv? and recently i cant able to use usb mouse?????i did change battery and tired on my laptop it works
the tv that i have is Funai 32 led classic lcd tv
