Controlling raspberry pi with an application on Windows PC

Hi there,
I have been doing some development using visual studio C# and executing it on raspberry pi2, but the problem is that when i run the program the display is showing on rp2 and i have to use the program in rp2 with extra mouse and keybord (or using iot remote client).
I would be thankful if anyone knows the way to run the display on pc to control rp2 with that.

(a simple example would be a wireless control program for rp2 car )
