loop cycle reboot brand new device

I am newbie i just got this from ebay the whole kit for 70$
I used sd formatter and i install NOOBS
i copy all the files and i installed all the OS and everything went fine.
then I rebooted the system and it loaded the full OS, but mouse was nt very responsive and it cursor was nt smooth at all and then it froze.
after a while it started rebooting and showing the desktop all the time.

what can i do? is it a faulty board?

Post a link to the ebay site you bought the kit from.

It sounds like the power supply that came with the kit is not up to the job of powering your Pi.
Report the status of the red power LED on your Pi. Is it on, off, or does it flash or flicker?

i think i found the problem was the cable!!
crap!!
now i am using apple ipad charger and a good cable it works fine for now
