your article have sayed "But technology progresses over time." Therefore I have reading with expectation. Where is from expectation? Hmmm. Bluetooth which is require 2.4 Ghz.fruitoftheloom wrote:An Alternative to ESP8266? Realtek RTL8710 ARM Cortex-M3 WiFi IoT Modules Sell for $2 and Up:

Not my article, I have zero connection with cnx, therefore posting in the response section of that article may be a better platform for your comments..rpiowner wrote:your article have sayed "But technology progresses over time." Let us comparing Wi-Fi is require 2.4 Ghz.
what is similarities of difference. hmmmmmmm. I think... Maybe next evolute.
was joke of my frustration. Is similar frequency so I is always expect Soft-ware Radio to doing bluetooth and WIFI in CHEAP device. There promise: http://hackaday.com/2015/11/06/the-late ... announced/ ESP32 suppose bluetooth + wifi.fruitoftheloom wrote:Not my article, I have zero connection with cnx, therefore posting in the response section of that article may be a better platform for your comments..rpiowner wrote:your article have sayed "But technology progresses over time." If you mean that you expect both bluetooth and wifi in all these sub-dollar (RealSoonNow) microcontrollers, I think that's unlikely. Some of them are just wifi devices that have been repurposed to something grander, which is really what the esp stuff is. Others lack a radio at all.rpiowner wrote: Is similar frequency so I is always expect Soft-ware Radio to doing bluetooth and WIFI in CHEAP device.
