How to edit kernel option when building the raspbian kernel?

I have followed the link "https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... uilding.md" to build my own raspbian kernel.

I want to edit the kernel option to enable apparmor.

Is there anyone know how to edit the kernel option when building the raspbian kernel?
