Raspberry Pi Boots to desktop

Wed Jul 13, 2016 8:34 pm

So, I just got a raspberry pi 3, and I was setting it up, and I chose raspbian, and it installed. But instead of asking for a user name and password or pulling up a setup options screen, it took me to the desktop. Everything is normal, but i didn't get to set options. Is there any way I can reopen the setup options window? The Pi is fine, I am writing this from the pi  but I hope there is a way to get back to that screen without wiping the memory on my microSD and redownloading NOOBS, but if that is the only way, I will do it. Thank you!

Raspbian Jessie defaults to Desktop on Booting, that is normal.

There is now a "Settings and Configuration" in the Menu as well as other changes:
