You'll need a license for videos encoded with MPEG-2 or VC-1.
MPEG-2 would typically be videos ripped directly from a DVD (and not re-encoded). It was also used in some early Blu-ray releases. VC-1 is a high definition video format developed by Microsoft for its failed HD-DVD and WMV9, but it has been adopted as one of the formats used in Blu-ray as well.
My mind is like a browser. 27 tabs are open, 9 aren't responding,
lots of pop-ups...and where is that annoying music coming from?
