Retropie help?

So I have been running retropie on my raspberry pi 2 for a while now. I picked up pi 3 and a pi 0. Now n64 doesn't run great on the 3 for me, my question is, is there a way to make two pi 3's work together in like a cluster to make the emulation station run smoother and take advantage of both pis? No, there's no way to chain the Pi's in an SLI configuration.
