Download Raspbian & Windows IOT both?

Hello every buddy,

I recently bought a Raspberry Pi 3. When I have to choose the OS that it would support, it gave me the option to download both Raspbian and Windows IOT.

Am I able to download both? If so, how will I be able to switch off between Raspbian and Windows IOT?
