Pi Zero USB not working

I've soldered a usb hub to the two points under the pi zero pp22 and pp23 , the hub is powerd from pp1 and pp6 the hub powers on but nothing in any port works and when i try the adapter direct in the micro usb port itself nothing seems to work at all now,
really scratching my head over this one

any help would be much appreciated

ok with a little messin around if i de solder from pp22 and 23 then the usb function works fine through the micro port, what woould be the cause of this??

ok ive now sorted it down to an issue with the hub itself
