Balloon and Parachute

This is our first balloon flight and I have been researching but could I ask for some confirmation before we spend the last of our donated cash

Target is 30,480 metres (100,000 feet)
Payload was aiming at 750g but now trying to keep it at 500g
Target ascent = 5m/s
Target decent <= 5m/s

Based on the above information / targets, according to my calculations we are going to need a Hwoyee HY-800 balloon and a 3ft RocketMan Parachute.

Am I correct?

Hoping to order tomorrow for a flight next Weds.

Has replied suggesting an 800g balloon and 4ft chute (I was aiming for a 3ft chute) so I will go with that. Also sent a couple of videos on batteries, payload and glue
