An error on Microsoft's servers, and The Web Archive's servers when trying to save that page... weird! and this happened after I was reading about BadBIOS on a Kindle 4 and a smartphone with Wifi AP Isolation enabled on my network - not saying it's related, saying it's a creepy coincidence.

That's normal when you throw a mis-formed URL at any webserver. Go back to the page that references the badly broken URL and complain to them.
