Codec license support

Tue Jun 07, 2016 5:09 pm

Apologies in advance for this topic. My only recourse was to post a topic since I could not find any valid contact information for the raspberrypi.com site. I am hoping that some reader may have a valid email address for the site to post an inquiry.

I ordered two codec licenses. One key works but the other does not. I have checked and re-checked the obvious entries (s/n, key) for the invalid pair but remain unable to activate the codec.

Does anyone have a valid email address for raspberrypi.com where I can send my inquiry? All the standard addresses (i.e. support, help, and info bounced back with 550-5.1.1 error).

Thanks.

I thought the address for Codec stuff was store@raspberrypi.org

admin came from this post.
I wouldn't be surprised if multiple addresses end up in the same person's inbox.

EDIT: Actually here gives store@raspberrypi.org so that may be preferred now.

How long does it usually take for a response from the support team? I initially e-mailed a possible bad key issue on the 24th and never received a response. The next step I sent a message under my account in the store on the 26th. I did however receive a response on the 27th when that was posted but was told to e-mail my config among other command responses to the admin at raspberrypi.org address(which I did on the 28th). By the 30th nothing, so I posted again in the store asking if my e-mail was received and still, nothing. I have a feeling my e-mails are getting stuck in a filter and not making it to its destination. Is there a better way to hash this out for a resolution?
