i want to use a raspbee to transmit control signals to another zigbee or xbee connected to led.....is it possible?

i am configuring raspbee with the pi and i have some problems like i cant find any device to connect on deCONZ app. Also I want to use just 1 raspbee and 1 pi to transmit to multiple xbee without and any processors or controllers .The xbee should be connect directly just to an LED strip with 12V DC. Is it possible.
