I'm not sure if this is the proper subforum, but I picked these two small speakers up at a surplus store in hopes of using them with the raspberry pi to play an audio file.
You will also need a powered audio amplifier board. The audio out on the RPi is line-out and intended to be used with powered computer speakers or audio IN (red / white) on a TV or other audio equipment.
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated RPiOS Buster w/ Desktop OS.
You can probably find it cheaper on your favourite Chinese supplier's site, or your favourite auction site. Search for PAM8403. It is available with or without a switch or volume control.
