problem ssh

Hello guys,i have a problem.When I use putty on my windows pc to connect my raspberry pi 3,i log in with "pi" and the password "raspberry".But it says me" access denied".I never changed the password of my raspberry pi.What can I do?

Are you sure you're trying to connect to the Pi?
Maybe you got the IP address wrong.

If you're running Raspbian Jessie from https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/ (noobs or image) then the default password is 'raspberry'
The username and password are both case sensitive!
To see what your Pi thinks you're typing you can enter the password in the location for the username

Have you changed the keyboard layout to French AZERTY, it defaults to UK QWERTY? Did you change the pi password?

Try typing "raspberry" (or whatever you think the password should be) in as the userid as you can see what gets echoed (unlike typing it in blind as happens when the system requests a password)?
