Motor controller is
http://www.canakit.com/dual-motor-l298- ... k1122.html, it's quite expensive but gets the job done. It's also good for future projects since it very robust and versatile.
Each motor is controlled by 3 pins, for motor one it was IN1, IN2 and ENA. What you have to do is enable ENA with a "high" signal. A "low" signal is the pin turned off. IN1 and IN2 decides the direction of the motor. Enabling one makes the motor go one way, etc with the other.
I got my notes back home, but I just found 3 x 2 available pins (i think it was 10, 11, 12 and 20, 21, 22)
